The Recap bot is an autonomous virtual assistant designed to join your meetings and summarize them without manual intervention.
- Thanks to the connection to your Google, Outlook or Delos Calendar calendar: it automatically joins the scheduled meetings, records the exchange and generates the summary at the end.
- The bot is customizable: you can choose its display name and image so that it fits perfectly into your team or company universe.

For example, adapt the structure: a management committee will focus on decisions and action plans; a project point will instead focus on milestones and tasks. You can define the organization (bullet points, narrative summary, to-do list...), the level of detail, or add specific sections (participants, action tracking...).
